Aspectos relevantes en la Resolución de Superintendencia 289-2012/SUNAT respecto de designación de tercero a través de Sunat Virtual

de las operaciones enunciadas, es pertinenteseñalar:&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gt&ltp style=”text-align:justifytext-indent:-18.0ptmso-list:l0 level1 lfo1″&gt&lt!–[if !supportLists]–&gt&ltspan style=”font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot,&quotserif&quotmso-fareast-font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot”&gt-         &lt!–[endif]–&gtFormularioN° 820- Comprobante por operaciones no habituales:&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtRecordemos que cuando un contribuyente que tributa porrentas de tercera categoría necesite sustentar gasto o costo para efectotributario, le solicitará a la persona natural, sociedad indivisa o sociedadesconyugales un comprobante de pago por determinadas rentas de segunda categoríaéste –a su vez- deberá solicitar  yentregar el Formulario Nº 820.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtPara simplificar este trámite, las personas descritas podránautorizar a través de Sunat virtual a un tercero para que realice el trámitepor ellos  ante la AdministraciónTributaria.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtEl Tercero designado deberá exhibir el original vigente de su DNI, presentar una copia vigente delDNI  del sujeto que realizó la autorización y presentar el Formulario 820debidamente llenado y firmado por el contribuyente o representante legal.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gt&ltp style=”text-align:justifytext-indent:-18.0ptmso-list:l0 level1 lfo1″&gt&lt!–[if !supportLists]–&gt&ltspan style=”font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot,&quotserif&quotmso-fareast-font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot”&gt-         &lt!–[endif]–&gtImprentas&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtTal como se indica en el cuadro, los trámites que podrán serautorizados de modo virtual son: inscripción, modificación de datos y retirovoluntario del Registro de Imprentas.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtPara el efecto, el sujeto designado deberá exhibir eloriginal vigente de su DNI, presentar una copia vigente del DNI  del contribuyente o su representante legalacreditado en el RUC y presentar el Formulario 804 debidamente llenado yfirmado por el contribuyente o representante legal.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gt&ltp style=”text-align:justifytext-indent:-18.0ptmso-list:l0 level1 lfo1″&gt&lt!–[if !supportLists]–&gt&ltspan style=”font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot,&quotserif&quotmso-fareast-font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot”&gt-         &lt!–[endif]–&gtMáquinasRegistradoras&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtLos trámites que pueden ser delegados están contenidos elFormulario  809 y referidos a la ALTA(uso de nuevas máquinas registradoras, reinicio de uso de máquinas dadas debaja y la primera presentación de la declaración sobre máquinas registradoras),BAJA (la no utilización temporal o definitiva de las máquinas registradoras) ycambio de ubicación de máquinas registradoras de un establecimiento a otro deuna misma empresa.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtAsí, los hechos descritos deben comunicarse a laAdministración Tributaria en el plazo de 5 días hábiles de producidos,  y para el trámite que sea realizado por untercero deberá presentar lo siguiente: exhibir el original vigente de su DNI,presentar una copia vigente del DNI del  sujeto que realizó laautorización y presentar el Formulario 809 debidamente llenado y firmado por elcontribuyente o representante legal.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gt&ltp style=”text-align:justifytext-indent:-18.0ptmso-list:l0 level1 lfo1″&gt&lt!–[if !supportLists]–&gt&ltspan style=”font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot,&quotserif&quotmso-fareast-font-family:&quotTimes New Roman&quot”&gt-         &lt!–[endif]–&gtAutorizaciónde emisión de BME&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtPara la emisión de los Boletos de Transporte Aéreo pormedios electrónicos, se deberá presentar el Formulario N° 835 debidamentellenado y firmado por  el representantelegal adicionalmente, si el trámite es realizado por el tercero designado enSunat Virtual, deberá exhibir el original vigente de su DNI, presentar unacopia vigente del DNI  del contribuyenteo su representante legal acreditado en el RUC. &lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gtAsí, mediante esta Resolución se pretende agilizar en tiempoy costo el trámite de ciertos procedimientos que antes necesitaban de una cartapoder con firma legalizada notarialmente. Los sujetos que delegan el trámite a un tercero ya no incurrirán engastos notariales y el tiempo para iniciar el trámite se ve reducido, pues la autorización se otorga mediante laclave sol, siendo innecesaria la redacción de la carta poder y el trámitenotarial.&lto:p&gt&lt/o:p&gt
